Stormwitch puppies are brought up in a home environment alongside children and other pets that live in the house.
They are socialised and introduced to as much as possible before they go on to their new homes and our puppies are given plenty of cuddles every day.
Mother is ALWAYS available for viewing and, where geographically possible, arrangements can be made with the stud dog owner to view the father.
All Stormwitch puppies will be wormed, Kennel club registered, microchipped, and vet checked before leaving here.
Each puppy will have its KC registration paperwork endorsed NOT FOR BREEDING and NOT FOR EXPORT. The Estrela is a slow maturing breed and therefore the endorsement NOT FOR BREEDING will remain* until the puppy has at least reached its 2nd birthday, when a request can then be made to Stormwitch for it to be lifted. Providing there are no health issues (hereditary or not) then this restriction will be lifted in a quick and simple procedure by Stormwitch with the Kennel Club. The endorsement NOT FOR EXPORT can be considered for lifting, with a valid reason, at any age - procedure as before.

It is important to us as breeders to monitor the breed closely, so we would hope that you will keep us informed on how your Stormwitch puppy is getting on throughout life. We will not stand in judgement, but will gladly receive any information regarding any issues, good or not so good.
Our aim is to ensure we place our puppies into suitable homes, as we are resposible for them being here, so we reserve the right to turn away anyone we consider unsuitable to own a Stormwitch puppy.
